Eclipse is a community for individuals and organizations who wish to collaborate on commercially-friendly open source software. Its projects are focused on building an open development platform comprised of extensible frameworks, tools and runtimes for building, deploying and managing software.The Eclipse Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation.


AutomationML is a neutral data format based on XML for the storage and exchange of plant engineering information, which is provided as open standard. Goal of AutomationML is the exchange of the heterogeneous tool landscape of modern engineering tools in different disciplines, e.g. electrical design, PLC programming, mechanical plant engineering, HMI development or robot control.


Embedded4You e.V. is a cooperation of small and medium-sized enterprises in german-speaking countrys, with the competence and know-how in the embedded systems sector to promote new technologies. Valuable ressources can be used optimally, marketing and sales of all members can be built equally. Due to this, all members of E4You have the opportunity to be more competitive without losing its independence and identity.

VNL supports enterprises with its Supply Chain Excellency. Based on the cliental market requirements and the corporate strategy, the conflict between delivery capacity, reaction on the market demand (delivery time, delivery reliability, time to market for new products), efficiency concerning the productivity as well as supply-chain-costs and usage of fixed and current assets (system utilization, stock turnover, cash-to-cash-cycle) have to be dissolved. Everything, concerning logistics as discipline in the practice are topics of the VNL.


PLCopen was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in the Netherlands. The offices are located in Ontario, Canada, Japan and China. PLCopen is an organisation in the industrial control programming. PLCopen and OPC Foundation have developed a common standard according to IEC 61131-3 in the communication sector, increasing the efficiency of the development of applications and decreasing the costs for the service of such a software.


The EtherCAT Technology Group brings EtherCAT device manufacturers, technology providers, and users together to further the technology. It provides multiple Technical Working Groups where experts carefully work on various specific aspects of EtherCAT. The EtherCAT Technology Group has the most members in the fieldbus sector in the world. ETG-offices in Europe, North America, Japan, China and Korea support its members locally when using and implementing the technology.

Forum Vision Instandhaltung e.V. (FVI e.V.)

Transfer of knowledge, networking and demonstrating future trends within the field of maintenance are issues of the FVI e.V.. The sensibilisation of its users and of its management personnel is operated actively to realise maintenance as competitive factor and part of the value chain. The FVI is proactive in politics, industry and instructor to create the new profession "maintenance personnel". The FVI strives for the strengthening of the interests of individual sectors on a national as well as on a european level. There are more than 500 members from middle class, high-end industry, science and politics.
